Compaction and concrete work:
The formation level of the building's substructure has been achieved after successful excavation work. Compaction has been completed in certain areas to prepare for concrete placement. Currently, 40% of the designated area has been concreted, marking substantial progress and enabling further construction activities to proceed smoothly.

Waterproofing in progress:
Concurrently, we have commenced the waterproofing process in the areas where compaction and concrete work have been finalized. Waterproofing is a critical step to safeguard the building against moisture infiltration, ensuring its longevity and resilience.

Upcoming reinforcement for the raft:
Following the completion of waterproofing, our next focus will be on reinforcing the raft foundation. This is vital for enhancing the stability and load-bearing capacity of the foundation, laying a robust groundwork for the entire structure.
